We do not knowingly collect “sensitive personal information” as defined under CPRA ( e.g., race, religion, precise geolocation, biometric templates ).

Although our primary audience is U.S., we provide a GDPR-style consent banner for EU visitors, allowing opt-in to cookies before use.

5.4 Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. Parents may request deletion of a child’s data using the contact details below.

6. Data Security & Retention

We follow industry-standard measures (HTTPS, WAF, least-privilege access, encryption at rest for backups). Logs and analytic data are retained for up to 26 months; account data persists until you delete your account or request erasure.
